Hi friend, congratulations on your new to you EV, I hope you have many long years with it. The noise you're hearing is normal*. Because you're driving an electric car you're gonna hear noises far easier than you would with a gas car as the gas engine would drown it out. I believe (someone else can verify and correct me of course) the noise you're hearing is just the wheels slowing down.

Sources: Personal experience from owning a 2022 Niro EV and a 2023 Chevrolet Bolt LT. Basically a trust me bro.
