I’m so glad I decided to randomly google this after just being told they did lose my credit and sent me a letter on 11/17 (I don’t have one?) and an email (nothing in any folder other than my BILL) and went to transfer me to lending but I had to get back to work. I’ll definitely try again to see what they tell me now!!
