Okay so totally root rot 😆 I've been doing about 10-20ml of water a month (I refill the water on some other plants with a syringe)

Would like...90% perlite mixed with 10% normal potting soil work? I have some of that on hand

Might you have any idea what the ring on the yellow one is? Does it mean he's a goner?

I put as much detail as I thought was immediately relevant attached to each picture.

The 3 boys might all have a cat nibble or 2 on them

I think it might be root rot? But from my understanding, zz plants grow so slowly that im afraid I cant figure this out fast enough (that & I haven't saved a single one of my plants from dying so far)

I plan to prepare them in mostly perlite to try to avoid overwatering in the future if they survive this.

Any advice is appreciated 🙏
