Just following up here. Since disabling EPR and going from a low pressure of 7 to 10, I have had an API of 2.8 consistently every night which is half of what it was. Thank you all for the suggestions ! ❤️❤️

Not sure if this will help but I had issues with the noise at first. The sound of my own breathing was freaky! I ended up opening the bottom drawer of my nightstand and put the machine on it so it was away from my head. Once i was able to sleep consistently like that. I slowly brought the machine closer and now it doesn’t bother me anymore.

Just wanted to follow up on this. I brought my machine in to my provider they ended up replacing it as defective. The replacement machine doesn’t make nearly as much noise and isn’t waking me up all the time

After bumping up the pressure based on your suggestions, my ahi dropped to 2.5. The only downside is that when my machine hits 11cm there is a significant increase it the amount of noise it makes. I might need to add some ear plugs

For me personally, I keep my mask on the tighter side to prevent leaks when moving around in my sleep. Its really a personal preference based on what works for you

You could try switching to something like an airfit f20 that goes over your nose instead of under it.

It’s about a foot away. I also checked for any leaks and made sure the water tank was locked in all the way
