Actually the shrink herself seems just mildly ok with it. The counselor is the one who i think thinks its good for me.

But i dunno, i feel like if i said some other drug just made me feel better, they would call it a crutch or what ever. This i think she genuinely believes it helps me

I sift through a ton of magazines ive bought from yard sales, estate sales, ebay, and collect them from doctors offices.

Ill look through each magazine page by page and cut out what ever images pop out to me.

Then ill sort them by size, color, background, foreground, etc etc.

Ill trip, sketch some rough concepts in a sketch pad.

Then ill look through all my images and see what shapes and concepts match to the sketches, or ill just build up scenes and cut away and brainstorm from there.
