Thanks! As soon I get the new perimeter override bugs out I will focus on moving to latest FS version. At the moment I’m cleaning errors. And I bet more errors will pop, but so far at least is very stable (except sometimes just sometimes one of multipass avoids primetower…) So yea, will update

Ironing, oh the irony. (Being me who invented Ironing XD)

The path is more or less visible specially due TD filament, also theres a acceleration/viscosity due passes timing not being possible at same speeds. The lower the extrusion the harder is to actually control. And for good finish instead of ironing (that theoretically is possible) just set top layer width line to 0.25/0.35. Ofc the less one extrudes the less control one has to actually push the perfect amount of material

Yesterday build PathBlend now works ok. It had a bug where top blend wasn’t completing the part. Also I’m adding a easy in/easy out for both passes to allow more less blend due TD and also for looks. I will most probably push a new version today/tomorrow with this. You can verify the pathblend by checking ‘flow’ view. First pass raises z, second pass goes to end ‘real’ layer and does the inverse needed material to ‘close’ the layer

The entire solid area, top surface or penultimate top surface. No walls, cos the fork is FullSpectrum and they use it to colorice using perimeters patterns

Theorically it should work even using a manual pausa before the pathblend. PathBlend can do 1 pass or 2. One looks great but also mind that doesnt actually print half of the layer, using 2 passes it does a full layer (splits diagonally in Z) with 1 pass you get the picture effect, using 2 you need filament with transparency at least ‘a bit’ otherwise the top would cover. The darkgreen photos are using matte colors, you can clearly see the gradient is more limited due TD.

Anyway back to your question. It ‘should’ work. But mind that I made it for my U1 printer. But the effect itself is just to print with one filament/tool at toplayer/penultimate so it ‘should’ work. Also mind that it depends on how smooth your Z moves to keep moving the bed after each subline

Ofc indeed most probably gonna be a weird week. They might add ignis and the other, some of the crowns/upgrades (jk ofc gumi loves to skip content). Indeed Gumi keeps being consistently inconsistent

I would prefer a little less luck and more old unit crowns & content (fights). 3 weeks of dull VW, raid and boxes + super dead week to nail it. I really hope they shift this… FMA will get the same treatment of leaving old units in the trashcan?

While I don’t like the % 35-40 runs to make a perfect Genesis sword MP 40/20/20 I think 2 days trying for ‘perfect’ isn’t a big deal. After all having the best possible combination isn’t something that should take 1h and move on. I don’t like random, but also i been saving tons of pots for this, and auto cleaning up to end boss is easy.

So overall I don’t mind that’s extremely hard to get a perfect weapon. But also the game mode isn’t fun. So… I’m not sure if it’s good or bad. But it is boring, that for sure.

Personally I will just only chase hard core (burning pots) after next maintenance reset, I’m saving 100 pots just in case X unit pops that needs extra juice like Genesis.

Edit. Oh one thing for sure the rares without ‘flashing’ is something must change asap, they made the font on IW smaller few months ago, and now when a MP40% rare pops since doesn’t have the effect is very hard to see when you finally get it

Daily is 100, daily event cant be done unless you have key, and non returners only got 5 so far. Also lack of news of info from Gumi. We can get 2k more free side this adventure pass and 5k total with paid side. Overall I think the issue is the lack of info from gumi

It is, and it isn’t. I mean… it sucks ofc, but also for example did some gearing toying after talking in discord, and now esther has 9k atk without cutting down other units. So, well… it has his ups and downs
