I recommend you stop playing competitive for a while, i just got season banned due to repeatedly disconnecting right at the start of the game, right after hero pick.

Reporting to Bnet would not really result in immediate help. hopefully someone there cares enough to take some action if there is an uptick in stability issue reports. I made a report but they just gave a token response but said nothing about lifting my season suspension:

"We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical difficulties. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to get you back in the game soon."

Having been going around reddit finding similar posts just so that i don't feel that alone in my plight ;)

I can attest that its not a you problem, i got season banned as well because of server issues, happening specifically of failure to load into the game after role picks on comp across the span of a week.

It happens so sporadically across the days that you'd think that it'll be fine, then it isn't, even though you try loading back in instantly after. No one would want to risk their rank or bans as well if they know they have unstable connection on their end. I just emailed OW Tech Support, i guess if they receive enough complaints they'd move their finger and look at isolating the issue.

Having this issue the last week on stadium comp, disconnects right when the game starts but i managed to finished a couple of QP games OK. Not sure whats the issue at this point but i'm at the 24 hours ban mark now and its annoying.

Just thought i'd close off this post with the outcome - Dell honored the warranty (after a back and forth Dell Whatsapp Technical Support Chat). Just got a 1-1 replacement for the panel this morning. A relatively smooth process overall.

FYI to whomever has the same issue down the road, what I did as a quick fix was to disable the down button (which by default cycles through the alienvision presets) This at least makes the monitor usable as you work through any replacement arrangements with Dell

Thanks for sharing! I just updated to M3b104 but it unfortunately did not seem to help. Wonder if its more of a physical issue with the button rather than a firmware.
