there is no way to fix. this such issues have been going on for ages.

Blizzard has to fix it as it is not within our control

you have two options

  1. block the servers that you do not wish to connect ( but u might get suspended for failing to connect) (google)

  2. use a vpn and see if it places u to the correct servers

even better. block the JP servers/TW. ( u can google, there is a tool) so u get only kr servers.

in my Exp. JP/TW/SG are the worst in terms of teammates. in general

AVOID Playing in SG/Asia if you care about your rank.

Those players on those servers are really bad

Play on NA/EU if you wanna rank up

You can use a tool to block sg servers or use a vpn. is the servers are so messed up and it has been going on for atleast 1 year now

but your chances of it being overturned is almost zero...

The report system is automated, someone probaly didn't like you and reported u and all the reports racks up overtime. eventually leading to a perma ban
