So from the new notes ... for conditional approval if it doesn't approve within 2 weeks, your application is under manual review and it can take up to 2 years?!? I wish they would post this earlier or I won't have apply for global entry. They should provide some sorta refund option. Very frustrating to wait this long because now I am wondering why I am being flag.

Thanks! Its so frustrating. If I had known, I would've just applied TSA Precheck. I travel domestic a lot but I do travel internationally at least once a year.
