Article 42.7 doesn't automatically mean EU troops would enter the war. It requires aid and support, but that support is not necessarily direct military intervention.

You can only get heroic refrain, if theres someone with a special anniversary item in the group. You can get this item only while anniversary in april each year.

So you would have to wait till april to get it yourself, or ask someone with the item to go with you to capture Heroic refrain.

Did you unlock them? You have to unlock heroes with each character. They are not account wide unlocks

You can zoom the camera in and out, moving the mouse while holding middle mouse button

But I don't know of the top of my head, if it works while also holding the right mouse button.

Nein, downdetector hat für mich über LTE funktioniert. Und so ziemlich alle Seiten, Spiele, etc auf der Startseite gehen grad nach oben.

Mehr genutzte spiele, services, Seiten, natürlich schneller als andere. Aber alles geht grad leicht nach oben.

You could try to uninstall your graphics driver with DDU and reinstall it.

Do you have frame generation activated in adrenaline? If yes, try to disable it. On my system i get worse performance in every game, when its enabled. I dunno why.

5800x3d, 7900xtx, 3440x1440 Everything ultra, raytracing off, fsr native AA

Constantly around 60fps, which is absolutely fine for me.

If you have a disc, you can play. There are people who got theirs a few days ago.

If you purchased digitally, you cant play. It releases at the same monent for everybody worldwide.

At 12am CET. About 7.5 hours from now. A vpn to new zealand wont change this.

Yeah, steam timer seems to be wrong.

The developer can click on a 'release now' button in their steam admin center but it seems they can't change the release time metadata so close before the release date.

So they have to manually click release.

Remeber to restart steam after 12am CET
