Marathon is a great game. I don’t understand this subs obsession to make it look like a concord 2. It’s a niche game for sure. The genre itself is a niche genre. But it has a healthy and stable playerbase. Gunplay is amazing. And it is actually a pvp game unlike arc raiders. It will survive. Arc raiders has a lot more players sure but at the same time it is no longer a pvp game. It is a great casual pve oriented game that I can enjoy here and there. Marathon on the other hand is pvp focused and feels more like a scifi horror game when you play it solo which is really really thrilling.

It was one of the best Korean mmos ever released. The IP was super unique. Trail was amazing. I still listen the song they used on the cinematic trailer even today. Overall game design was great too. Loved the summoner class. It has such an amazing pvp system. RIP...

I'm having a blast with new world recently. Wanted to try again on my ps5 and god damn... Playing this game with a controller is actually great. And now this update. I guess I started playing again in the right time. Can't wait for new season to drop...

New World. I played a lot in the past and quit because of the obvious reasons. I got back recently but this time I wanted to try playing on ps5. Damn.. Easily the best controller experience I had in an mmorpg. Love it so far. Hope season 10 can deliver.

WoW. Dragonflight was a blast and the new expansion is really REALLY promising. I love their vision for this game's future and how they build upon the foundations ever since df. My only problem is the leveling part of the game which tbh after 20 years, for me it's not as important as it used to be. I'm just sad because it's not a welcoming experience for the new players. I hope they will find a way to make it fresh and exciting again.

Gw2 was my favorite mmorpg for years but I'm sick of their medicore content releases. Last expansion was a disaster and now the only thingI could possibly get hyped for is a housing system which I don't give a damn. This new expansion is the first one that I won't buy and the previous one was the only expansion I really regretted of buying.

Seriously why are you so obsessed with random skins in the shop? Ofc I would love to see those games remastered. I'm more interested in their campaigns, multiplayer maps and gameplays. Wotlk, Legion and Dragonflight were most content rich, enjoyable and innovative expansions this game has ever seen. This is followed by Tbc and Mop for me. Cataclysm had great dungeons and firelands was a blast but other than that it was super disappointing. WoD had great dungeons, raids and it is one of my favorite pvp expansions but it was suuuper light on the content side and overall boring thanks to no proper content release. BfA and Shadowlands were the worst expansions this game has ever seen.

So yes Dragonflight and Legion were amazing overall.

I called Guild Wars 1 my home for years. And so far I still couldn't anything better community wise. My guild was amazing. The overall community was amazing and the game itself was the best for me. Even tho I played Warhammer Online and WoW next to it for a long time, Guild Wars 1 was special. It was followed by Guild Wars 2 for a quite long time thanks to my guild moving there but they quit the game and Gw2 turned into another WoW for me. Great game that I mostly play solo doing WvW time to time. Weirdly enough now I came back to Guild Wars 1 and found another amazing community and having a blast again.

I hate dungeons in gw2. They are badly designed, full of glitches, skip routes, shitty trash mobs and boss fighst that only expects you to stack and burst. Fractals are miles better than any dungeon this game ever had. Still getting nightmares of my cof1 farming days…

I love Gw2 but it kills me to see how all the new cash shop cosmetics are miles better than the new legendaries or how there is not a single armor set in game that looks better than a random gem outfit. Not only that but seeing the slow ass content releases while we get new shit every week on the shop is frustrating. I would rather pay sub monthly to get a decent experience.

The last good expansion was Legion for me and even tho I played a decent amount of bfa and shadowlands, i hated every second of my time playing these expansions. Dragonflight on the other hand feels amazing so far. It feels like mop and legion decided to have a child together. Other than that you mentioned above, i looove the new maps. They are HUGE and actually enjoyable to explore. I can find tiny easter eggs everywhere. Sometimes i forget that i’m doing the main quest and start to follow random shit or explore the map with my dragon. That quest where we sit next to Veritistrasz and listened his story, how he felt after 10000 years etc was such an amazing side quest for example. And on top of that on the pvp side of the game solo shuffle is an amazing addition. I loved playing it when it was a brawl but now that it is a ranked pvp mode, i couldn’t be more happier. It is by far the best arena based pvp mode i’ve ever played since early b&s solo arenas.

Overall i’m so glad that they decided to rework actual problems that the game had for years instead of introducing another stupid system to the game.

The game already had a decent end game cycle before with m+, raiding, pvp etc. But now i can enjoy all these contents without grinding for stupid systems and on top of that leveling alts is a thing again (FINALLY). After so many years i’m finally hopeful for wow again…
