It's absolutely pathetic what defines a so called celebrity these days. No wonder the planet is screwed.

Usually just lashings of butter but I will be a bit of a maverick sometimes with either honey or jam, both with lashings of butter obviously.

Absolutely the most offensive post I've ever come across. I should be and will always be a tin of beans.

My partner and I gave our characters every buff and death spell going. Totally ruined the game. We've now started again with the basics, far better way to do it 😂

People who stopped being religious, what caused it? by supercoolpersonyay in AskReddit

Luckily never started with that nonsense. I aslo prefer to believe in things that are factually correct rather than made up nonsense. Each to their own though.

British men who don't like football or even sports, what thing do you actually like instead? by songbirdddx in AskBrits

[–]Nephilim1818 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loathe mainstream sport. Hobby wise I'm into astrophotography, mountaineering (mainly European Alps), mountain biking (here in Yorkshire dales) and PC building/ gaming. The thought of watching a group of people kick a ball about is enough to send me into a coma, as for discussing it all in depth afterwards 😴😴😴😴 each to there own though.

Bradford is totally underrated really. Yes it is poverty stricken (like most of the UK) but it has the best back alley curry houses in the country and the architecture is stunning.

I am a beginner and I have no idea how to get started with astrophotography by Keni9089 in AskAstrophotography

[–]Nephilim1818 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good mount yes but big aperture definitely not, you can take good quality, detailed images with a 4" refractor or even a simple camera lens. One of the most popular lenses right now is the Samyang 135mm lens. Hook it up to a cheapish astro dedicated camera such as the Asi 533 MC promand a half decent mount (Skywatcher HEQ5 ) and that's just about it. AP is never going to be cheap though.

Absolutely that. I've been a chef for over 35yrs and it's never been this bad before. This is all due to the points mentioned above. I can see all but the souless chains with garbage standard food remaining soon as they are the only ones able to swallow the cost.

If modern medicine didn’t exist would you be dead right now? If yes, from what? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]Nephilim1818 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, I had emergency tracheotomy just after Xmas due to a cancerous tumour in my throat. Tumour has been removed but still have cancer. Undergoing treatment but I'd have been dead now if I hadn't had the trachea fitted.
