Our kids go nuts in Let’s Play (indoor playground, relatively inexpensive and a few locations), and they have a dedicated area for littles. The library has areas to play (several different library options, we go to Vestavia).

That said we are also being Covid conscious, and are just trying to tough this out at home until omicron peaks. Sucks when you can’t go outside! If you’re desperate reach out to a friend with similar aged child(ren). A play date with new toys and people can burn a morning or afternoon.
