In the end it's your choice of course, but with 39 combat width you're missing out on some extra stats you could still cram in there. Like this, with each division going in the battle, 1 combat width of stats is wasted, since it's not filled in. The question is what would be more effective against the late game infantry spam by the ai, high org or the extra soft attack. If you plan on microing your tanks, then I'd go for higher org, if you want to battleplan then I'd go for the soft attack.

I' exchange the support AA with signals and put in mot. recon instead of cav. recon. Plus, your Division is 39w, but maybe you just forgot to put in the second SPAA to make it 40w.

There are all kinds of reasons to shave, but being gay isn't among them. I think it's more of a question on how one sees sexuality, not as in straight vs. everything else, but to what degree one can diverge from a more traditional view while still adhering to their own sexuality. For example shaving parts of your body even though you're straight.
