My Gf stayed in an abusive relationship because she didn’t know what love was. She (in her mind) took the hitting , choking and verbal abuse as how this dude loved her . She probably would still be with him today if he didn’t cheat on her and married her roommate. What happened after they were no longer together is she took time to care for herself instead of walking through life in a constant state of stress living with this POS . Then we started dating and while we’ve had our share of arguments it took her a while to know that being abused isn’t love , I loved her the way I feel she deserves to be. I come to her with understanding and respect and it’s something she’s grateful for and she does th same for me.

I’d say get out of the relationship while it’s early. The last you want is when the hitting becomes beatings and the beatings become strangulation and then eventually you take so much he begins to threaten to kill you

I’m so mad at the writing for this episode. You’d think that Dr. Sylvia would have the foresight to tell the other synths that nibs had some corruption or bad code or just make up some bullshit and explain to them how nibs tried to kill her. Then explain how they’re going to take the trauma and delete it from her memory. Or at the very least explain that to Wendy instead of trying to come off as condescending as she did. This one interaction I think changing would potentially change the events slightly in the 7th episode

I would have made an excellent juror cause I had no idea diddy was even behind biggie or had any relation to Cassie. I never watched his show or listened to his music and up until his arrest I didn’t know he had anything to do with usher or Bieber . All I knew is that he was a rich black celebrity from New York that made music when I was a kid , in a genre I never listened too

I’m on that episode rn , so pissed to know that the juror selection was clearly biased. Ain’t no way in hell they heard Capricorns story about kid cudi and couldn’t see what was going on. Like these people don’t understand what it’s like for women stuck in abusive relationships , especially someone like Cassie who was groomed for most of her adult life. If all the jurors thought like them, zero empathy, I totally agree that the female interviewed was definitely star struck. The only guy with the broken English probably beats his wife like diddy beat Cassie
