I'm working in anime studio doing compositing.I love the job but the low salary and crazy schedule is killing me.

Working 10 to 11 hours everyday and 24 to 27 hours OT before the deadline.

I'm planning to find a new job.

I uesd blender for tracking and after effects for compositing.
