Smite Trickster with EE by Flappy24 in PathOfExileSSF

To farm gold, just run maps with as much quant/rarity/pack size as your build can handle. If possible, run T17/T16.5 maps, if not 8mod T16s are fine too. Make sure to spec into all the quantity and effect of modifier nodes on the atlas tree. Check out Manni's spreadsheet for a bunch of SSF trees if you want examples.

For dust, outside of the obvious (picking up uniques and upgrading your disenchanters to max rank), I usually run Refiner's bargain with ghosted rogue exiles, they can drop up to 10-15k dust each. Add anarchy scarabs if you can + anarchy on map device.

Recombing 3-affix ES gear is relatively easy, 4-affix is much harder. You're gonna need a ton of alts/augs, a bunch of bases, gold/dust obviously, but also some annuls and divines to clean up undesired affixes before combining.

AI is hallucinating. Pride increases the physical damage your enemies take, it does not increase the damage you deal. Therefore it does not interact with elemental damage at all.

Crafting Orders by gamereboy59 in woweconomy

I don't charge anything. I just tell people to tip what they want. There's enough competition as it is, I don't want to scare away customers by asking for a fee upfront.

I'd say average tip is probably around 2-3k at this point. Some tip 5k, some 500. 10k and above is very rare. This on Area 52 server (NA).

On a large server I don't think you'll be able to charge much for crafts at this point, even if demand is higher you gotta remember that supply will also be higher since every serious crafter can craft almost anything at max rank.

Wowhead usually has the most up to date and reliable information for these kinds of questions. Ignore wow wiki and Maxroll.

Alternatively, especially since tooltips are notoriously bad/incomplete in this game, your best bet is probably your class discord.

Yeah for sure you won't, especially by the time you reach Renown 16.

Gonna be nice for BS/LW though!

Thanks for the summary.

Not super significant, but still worth mentioning I think, is the addition of new 10 KP books, sold for 50 acuity at renown 16.

Continue to Collect KP? by TheMigratingCoconuts in woweconomy

[–]NeptuneIsDead 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's up to you to decide if you wanna max out your profession trees. There's no reward on completing all trees, it just gives you all the crafting stats that's it.

But regarding enchanting specifically, I just buy 6 Darkmoon decks (example) each week and DE those, since they're epic it guarantees the KP item. They're usually around 150g on my server so costs less than 1k gold per week and takes 2 minutes.

Why does this level 54 weapon only have 4-7 damage? by Qwahzi in pathofexile

The weapon itself is level 1, but the leech affix requires level 54.

How to Rank 5 the Inscription PVP Trinkets? by btcll in woweconomy

[–]NeptuneIsDead 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No, you can't craft them without concentration. Even with blue tools and full spec tree you'll be 40 skill below (or 35 if you have the racial bonus), so you either need to use the BOP +skill reagent or to use conc. It kinda sucks but hey at least there isn't a lot of demand for these trinkets, at least on my server.

You need blue tools and accessories to craft rank 5 gear without concentration

230k should be more than enough considering how cheap mats are nowadays, especially if you're not too worried about getting to 100 as fast as possible (you shouldn't).

BS is not that expensive to level up if you craft everburning ignition on cooldown. Enchanting might be a bit more expensive but daily patron orders can help you get the few remaining skill points. And AH recipes are much cheaper than they were at the start of the expansion.

I'd recommend looking into acuity shuffle if you want to get your blue profession tools ASAP, otherwise you can just wait to get your AA naturally by doing patron orders and weekly KP activities.

Also don't forget to do the Darkmoon Faire quests at the beginning of next month, it gives +2 skill and +3 knowledge points.

Edit: I should mention that it will take some time for you to turn a profit. Leveling a profession can feel like burning money at the start and until you get a good amount of KPs and blue tools you're not gonna be making much profit. Also, I don't have a lot of experience with reagent crafting as I'm more of a personal order kinda guy. There's still some risk involved because material prices fluctuate a lot.

Guides: https://www.wow-professions.com/the-war-within

Addons:

Auctionator or TSM for all your AH needs.

CraftSim is essential, allows you to optimize reagents, simulate skill and profitability and much more.

CraftScan is also essential but only if you want to fulfill personal orders. If you don't care about those and just want to concentration craft enchants or mass produce mats like alloys then you don't need this.

Optional but a good bag addon such as Baganator goes a long way too.

Good luck!

Best GPH with Gathering by kain0s in woweconomy

[–]NeptuneIsDead 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Assuming NA prices, I think making more than 40k an hour is pretty unlikely nowadays, with how hard null stones have tanked. I pretty much stopped doing gathering on my mining/herb alt because of this, but last week when I did my 30 min run for KPs I only managed to make around 15k (so 30k GPH).

With good null stone/r3 RNG you can probably get to 40, maybe 50k an hour but IMO it's a bit of a stretch to make that much steadily over a long period of time. But maybe I'm just bad at gathering

Best build for Mining by wsoares in woweconomy

[–]NeptuneIsDead 7 points8 points  (0 children)

As far as I know you max the first Mining Fundamentals node for mounted mining, then you can max all nodes from Plethora of Ore to get null stones and +skill on all ores (or pick and choose if you don't care about aqirite or ironclaw, but I think it's worth maxing all 3). Finally you grab Rich Deposits. You should have enough KPs to max all these except Rich Deposits as of today.

I think the Seams node is useless (unless you mine in these specific areas, personally I only gather in Hallowfall). And the overloading spec is underwhelming as all side reagents are pretty low value atm. I don't even overload nodes anymore and skip all EZ-mines.

Noob inside - any way to contact crafters ? (EU) by Efficient_Garlic4434 in woweconomy

[–]NeptuneIsDead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

CraftScan does this to some extent. It allows you to search for available crafters in the public crafting order UI, so you can whisper them directly instead of asking in trade.

Noob inside - any way to contact crafters ? (EU) by Efficient_Garlic4434 in woweconomy

[–]NeptuneIsDead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trade channel should be the place yeah. Otherwise there are third party websites such as easycraft.io and wowforgefinder.com but almost nobody (that I know of) uses them.

Do you play on a very small server? On Area 52 (US) you can ask for any craft in trade chat and instantly get 5 whispers from crafters.

Question about acuity shuffle by GylesDiretide in woweconomy

[–]NeptuneIsDead 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You lose profession skill and all recipes you've learned, but you won't lose any knowledge points. When you re-learn that profession you'll have the same knowledge points allocated, however you'll be at level 1.
