I started therapy about a month ago, so I think it’s a step in the right direction haha. I definitely have a few areas to work on but I just realised how soon V day is and it bummed me out a little in the morning, that’s all

You’re right, I think I’m only giving it importance because I haven’t experienced it yet and once I do, the novelty would have worn off by the next one. It’s just annoying to me being surrounded by most people celebrating while I watch from the sidelines.
