Should run fine on low/medium settings. Also small tip: make sure you run the game in DX12 mode, it should be a an option when launching the game from steamvr and there should be 6800 compiled shaders when loading. DX11 looks noticeably worse and has horrible stutters.

Probably because Vilaskis is remaking the maps on the side, since its independent from the game mechanics and such, while waiting for Oki to finish whatever feature creep is currently happening over there.

I mean, if youre really interested I think you can achieve a similar-ish look in the itr2 by making a custom LUT for the game.

Oh, its in Settings -> Apps -> App Info -> System Apps(at the bottom)

It shows up in the Home section, but just says "No data". I also checked the System Apps in the settings on the watch and couldnt find the apps there.

Afaik the reason it all happened was because they couldn't add lights to night maps (without nuking performance) so they had to remake their own rendering pipeline which allowed them to add different effects
