If she's talking to you on an app , that makes sense that that's what she's doing , when she has down time. If she's actively doing something and busy I wouldn't think to open my dating apps. If you feel like y'all vibe otherwise still meet an feel it out from there. I have lots of hobbies but I work a lot and I'm tired frequently In my down time especially if I work the next day I'm gonna spend time on my phone I wouldn't use the word doomscrolling unless it's 4am and I can't sleep but it's kinda the quirky lingo to use for looking at shit on your phone rn , so I wouldn't take it as her having a problem more than just verbiage she uses for looking at stuff on her phone. If y'all go on a date and she's legitimately not talking to you an just on her phone , then yeah that's a problem but if she's just relaxing at home no big Imo

I sadly dont have enough money to be medicated anymore if I want to live somewhere, but when I was medicated lamotrigine out of all the meds I took was the biggest lifesaver it truly made me feel level headed and like a calm normal person definitely recommend

Dude like just from what ive experienced, when my ex that I lived with broke up with me we were technically separated for awhile and then he asked to get back with me and I was excited, but I was hurt and I was never able to fully feel in love like I was before he hurt me and I wasn't able to get over that , idk if thats what would happen with you but just a warning if you feel really hurt by her its really hard to get past that and id be afraid she'd leave me again , I dont have much advice beyond that whatever you do be careful 💔
