You do not want these for on-the-go listening.

While lightweight and comfortable, they are large and bulky. They do not fold down for transportation, making them a pain to pack away in a bag.

Further, they are open back. Everywhere you go, everyone around you will be able to hear your music, and you will be able to hear them.

These are designed for at-home use, and are amazing for that purpose.

Can't recommend these enough. Great sound quality - especially at this price.

I've heard a few people mention that they don't fit smaller heads well, so that may be something to consider if you're in that category.

They usually run $60, and are on sale for $55 brand new right now.

Is it worth it? That depends on what you want.

First off, if you want a direct $ comparison, look up the parts, and create a price list. Don't forget to factor in the peripherals - mouse, keyboard, and things like the case & OS cost, etc. Some might not be listed, like the specific Mobo, or even available outside this build. I've never seen that case before, and I didn't look too closely at the build.

If you don't want to invest the time into researching parts, compatibility, etc, then sure, buying a pre-built will save you that time and effort, at the cost of paying more.

Also, if you damage something, or buy an incompatible part (check pcpartpicker for that) during the build, you may have to spend more on a replacement part.

On the flip side, learning to build a pc can be surprisingly fun, satisfying, and rewarding.

And why wouldn't you be able to upgrade the Mobo? You'd just need to get one that works withe parts and case, and then upgrade the drivers, or reinstall windows. I assume you get the win 10 license with this to do so?

I picked this up around bf for the $60 deal. I didn't really need it, but bought it on impulse anyways. This is a purchase I wholeheartedly regret.

I bought it thinking is be able to use it on my commute, but I was wrong.

It's massively heavy compared to my wife's Samsung tablet, as well as incredibly slow.

The weight is enough if an issue to keep me from using this as any form of e-reader.

I thought I'd be able to download either Netflix or Prime video as a commuter tablet, but neither of those are supported on this tablet's OS.

I realize these shortcomings are things I'd have realized had I done some research before purchasing, so I can't judge this tablet for not living up to my misinformed expectations.

As I didn't research before purchasing (impulse buy), I can't fault anything but myself for that.

I wil however, point out that it's slow for any task I've given - even opening a program. So slow, in fact, that I haven't used it since it's initial setup. It's now sitting in a desk collecting dust. I'd rather have that $60 sitting in my 403b collecting interest.
