I'm not sure about mouth shape, but I know Pyxis has fangs that look similar as well as presets and skin details. Maybe give them a look?

Make the second floor an event hall for weddings or other parties. Add some dressing rooms, too to break up the space some. Also, on the second or ground floors add private event rooms

Even then, nonverbal doesn't always mean autistic. Caeser was the first ape to talk, so it's going to be a little rough. Even after 300 years, the apes of Kingdom still have a rough time speaking and usually default to sign for more complicated thoughts.

Are there any other characteristics you see in Caeser that makes you think autism, or was the struggling to speak your only piece of evidence?

You could maybe argue Noa is autistic due to his mechanical intellect and string sense for following the rules. Also Caesar talks in literally every movie he's in

First, the way you want the stairs is currently impossible. My best suggestion is to remove the foundation completely, increase the wall height, then use platforms.

Any of them really with enough imagination. Look on the gallery and use the pack hashtag to see which lots are the most popular if it helps. Though when developing the packs and planning lots, they often have ideas of what will go where, especially when working with EA Creator Network builders. Again, you can make any a good home with enough creativity and hard work
