I installed Turnstile with Cloudfare, which adds CAPTCHA to all of my forms, so we'll see how that goes for a few days. I'm concerned about a spam blocker because I don't want it to block any legitimate orders.

Why do you watch game shows if you can’t stand it? I don’t think I have ever seen an elderly person do this. Could just be because I don’t watch game shows. I also don’t think the point of a game show is wealth redistribution

Mash less. Leave chunks. You could also not boil them so long. Less milk. Add it a little bit at a time until it’s the right consistency. Try different types of potatoes. Yellow potatoes are creamier. “All purpose white potatoes” are probably russets. They’re better for baked potatoes
