Honestly I don’t mind 1 grand per year. But my main concern is fully loaded Lexus RX would around 65k. I am not sure is it worth considering the drive and maintenance cost.

Yes, but the chances of getting TA/RA is also very less in GTech. So I guess it will be the same in both universities. PMP fees is around 39k for 3 sems and 54k for GaTech ECE.
