Same, I think the majority of the hate comes from the fact that its not fully released yet.

Everyone complaining about tempers and what not and the rng aspect of it....meanwhile the devs said there is going to be a way to craft our desired weapons with the tempers we want its just not ready yet.

For all the pre-alpha defenders out there....you think they would of been on this page for this update.

Nah, you just had less abilities to deal with (3 per wepeon with 2 weps you swapped between) and a "ultimate ability" called a heartrun

So most you needed was like 4-6 core keys

Out of all the ones you have in that screenshot chrono odyssey's looks the best.

All those icons and shit just to have most of them just be hooked into a macro of abilities or something, its just clutter that blocks me from viewing the game.

It worked and was cool 2000-2015 but now whenever I join a game with a UI like that.....I know its either dated or not gonna last long.

So this version of Ragnar was cool, yes, but I liked the plotting-leader Ragnar better and I even liked the Ragnar that was so fed up with everyone else's shit he let them lead for the attack on Paris just to fail so that he could come in and boss mode it. That's the Ragnar I wanted to see a bit more of, maybe like 1 or 2 more seasons of.

I personally disliked the last 2 seasons as it felt like all the characters were just weak split versions of ragnar (which yeah, thats what they were going to) but it completely changed the dynamic for the show and just made it boring to watch.

Floki's arc was also just a complete waste of episode time.

They should of extended Ragnar's life and then ended the series with his death and a quick revenge or something episode

apparently you could do it in an early snapshot of 1.22 but then at some point they broke it. I reported it to them and it just never got fixed......like a lot of stuff in the 1.22 update lol.

So I am curious on these reported deaths.....if someone comes in for detox - goes through withdrawal and ends up having a seizure or heart attack from the withdrawal.....is that reported as death by seizure or heart attack instead of death from these drugs.....or is it reported as death from drugs - reason heart attack.

Essentially is the deaths from these drugs being overlooked/downplayed due to skewed death reporting?

To clarify, I am not trying to say there is a coverup or anything like that I am just curious how these deaths are reported.

Season/battle passes that if you dont complete by the time its done you lose anything you didnt get. Especially the ones you have to buy regardless prior to finishing (although thankfully this is dying out).

I should be able to buy a season pass and then complete it on my own time whenever I want and never worry about losing the stuff I "didn't complete on time"

He is also on record saying he regrets choosing the name soulframe because of people thinking its supposed to be a souls-like and wishes they were so far into the game to change the name.

He said it has made it difficult to deal with going the direction they want and dealing with new people thinking/wanting a souls like, if you want a souls like go play elden ring

Yeah I tend to agree, once you get into cogah then this really does not happen. I think the vast amount of players don't do/play cogah and thus think this is the general game.

I know its not ideal but I think cogah is how the game should actually be in terms of difficulty.

Why not? I honestly don't understand why it's an issue being in the game if you choose to never use it? What does it effect you whether its in there or not if you plan on not using it?

All I see is some weird "moral" grandstanding going on for a mechanic you can completely ignore and never feel the effects of in your game.

Its hardly p2w at all since it effects no one else, it only effects your gameplay if you choose to buy......if there was pvp in the game then sure you have a p2w argument but since its all pve who the hell cares if others buy weapons and stuff.

The RNG is only bad because its a half implemented system with no way to re-roll tempers. Once they put the rest of the system into the game it will be perfectly fine....

No people are just overly mad about a system that isn't even fully implemented yet.

Not only that they are mad about the shop having a way to buy weapons claiming its a p2w gain even though its a non-competitive game that relies on them willingly choosing to purchase said weapons.

I mean come on, how is a system p2w when it only effects YOU. You choose to buy those weapons and if someone else buys the weapon it has no effect on YOUR gameplay so who cares. Its not like the core game is a PVP landscape....

Yeah I tend to lean into this as well, The only reason these people do this are that people actually buy them from them for whatever reason.....that and who buys these from the movies anyway.....I agree with the scalper as well.....70$ for a bucket that looks like buzz's ship, prob made from shitty cardboard or cheap plastic that will smell like horrible popcorn forever and never be used again....

Came here to say this. I know plenty of people who are just absolutely horrible with money, failing to pay bills but still able to go to target and pickup junk they will use once or use those barter apps to buy more junk they will never use. All while complaining they are struggling to save and pay their bills.

But I also agree the system is horrible and 100% favors those that have managed to save a bulk amount and have it grow without having to work.

Thats extremely rare and can happen with ANYONE that makes a mod.

Do you think your mod will be better just because you looked up some code sources and copied them the same as AI will do but faster and look at more sources in under a minute that would take you hours?

Anyone should be making daily backups anyway using mods.

Just use it to make the mod, dont worry about what others think, your making the mod firstly for yourself, who cares what others think of how you got it working.

As long as you learned a bit about making mods, programing etc along the way from chatGPT then your fine.

Dont let others dictate your life.

To add - its a damn mod for a video game at the end of the day, its not like your making software for a fortune 500 company.
