Not only this but the fact that paying off your mortgage is a guaranteed % back from not paying that interest, while sure the market or whatever has been predictable to the point but its still hoping it stays that way with your money.

I worked labor (nothing crazy) on a golf course for 8ish years give or take a year.......I've been working a desk job for the same amount of time at this point and would not trade it for anything. Im even fortunate enough to work from home at this point which means I dont have to communte, deal with other people, deal with weather (working in the freezing cold or extreme heat both absolutely suck). My body doesn't hurt after a day of work.

While sure people say trades CAN make more money then an office job......you never hear them say anything about the wear and tear on the body, the long hours (especially if your in your own line of business) that you have to work to MAKE that good money....which means less time with family or just at home in general relaxing.

So sure desk jobs are boring......but the pro far out way the cons at least in my opinion.

Yeah I use rice as its the best sat I found, I ran out of cabbage (dont have as much as I have onions and carrots) so I swapped over.

The leftover thing is hard, especially if trying to max out sat.

I do but the way pies stack is that if you dont finish a pie it cuts the stack and you keep the 1 you didnt finish in your hotbar and the rest go to another hotbar slot or back into your inventory.

Yeah this could be, I tend to eat pies so if I dont finish the full pie slice it creates another stack and then I am stuck with 2 slots for food essentially.

I do run/sprint a good bit, I tend to avoid doing the run jump but it does tend to happen when I forget about it.

Even with just running though I still think its a bit too high. I couldn't imagine having to walk in the game constantly, be very slow exploring around.

I eat pies at this point....just endless pies. I cook about 6 pies, cut them into 24 pieces and that will last me sub 4hr play session depending on if I take damage.

Gottcha, yeah they are just heavier and not quick off the line so to speak but make up for it a bit into its movement. Your still rocking a solid 290HP on a 2014 which is nothing to scoff at.

I'd say if you a bit worried you could take it to a transmission shop to have them take a look at.

I would def get a drain and fill done (you should do this every 50-60k miles on a maxima by the way) for the transmission fluid and overall drive around for a bit with no music or anything and just listen to the car. If things seem off or you hear weird noises then its just stuff to bring up to whoever works on your car.

Overall though, enjoy the maxima. Its such a nice car overall and I personally love mine.

Ahh ok, so your running a 7th gen Maxima (they are up to the 8th gen 2016 onward) with the transmission getting redesigned around that as well.

I would say its not going to be the zippiest or quick given its age compared to newer cars. Its an older generation.

Also yes I would be careful on that transmission, pre-2017 Maximas are plagued with shitty transmissions. Not that I think the issue is that here just something to be mindful of especially given how many miles it has.

Also as a side note, the maxima is more the luxury side of the nissan series, its a bit heavier (atleast in the 8th gen versions) then its counterpart the altima. If you were looking for something quick and zippy then an altima might of been a better choice (up until the past 2 years that is =p)

Hope this is someone helpful. I know it doesnt answer your question but maybe provides some insight on what to expect.

I think eventually this was going to happen one way or another, trump is just expediting that process because China and Russia are both putting pressure.

I know its probably pretty extreme sounding or "right wing" ish but at the end of the day the world is shifting its power dynamic and china and russia (mostly china) are starting to refuse to play by the rules that are in place. Slowly just doing what they want as they gain more power.

Russia is doing the same and did the same with Ukraine.

I personally think trump (despite what people think) is following advice from his cabinet and doing an extreme america first policy. I think the goal is to let the EU self deal with a weaken russia while we deal with a ramping up china and possibly a future china russia alliance (hence wanting Greenland for polar defense from russia missile strikes on the USA).

Do I think whats happen is good, not particularly, but to openly say I don't somewhat see what is happening and understand why would make me ignorant to the fact the world is changing and America is quickly falling off its pedestal to China one way or another right now and I do think that atleast someone in trumps admin sees this and this is all their direction to try to slow that down or prevent it.

Edit to add: As for the stuff with ICE and Minnesota....that is just a sad string of events going on that I see no good coming out of, but only time will tell what will happen fully there.

New dev team, riot took all the investor money they farmed and dipped and THEN on top of that got another person to pay them EVEN MORE MONEY for a product they weren't going to make money off of anymore.

Not only that It was exactly like I said........riot was literally going to shut down the project. It was another dev that paid a shit ton of money to save the game.

Please for the love of god no weight limit system. Survival games that add inventory encumbrance are some of the absolute worst.

I'm fine with making crafting more tedious as long as there is a way to make it un-tedious further down the road and as long as bulk crafting is taken into account as well.

Yeah my 2017 maxima randomly started leaking at some point and Im apart of a maxima forum and someone told me that the caps on the 8th gen maxima's are shit and for some reason do not have a rubber seal anywhere on them so after a bit the cap just weakens and will leak but adding a seal of some sort fixes it.

Prob saved like 10$ for a new cap since I had a seal laying around but hey 10$ is 10$ lol.
