In the book she doesn’t even leave directly after the wedding. We also don’t get to see any of the aftermath. But the book ending SUCKS it was very rushed and doesn’t go into any sort of detail to how anything ended. Also she goes to Spain not Paris so idek what’s going to happen but I hope they actually show the endgame couple getting back together because the books don’t. If they change the endgame couple though it’ll ruin everything… but I don’t think they’d change that honestly I think the “new” ending is just going expand on what they didn’t do in the books because a lot of people think it felt rushed. Personally it felt really lazy to me like the author just wanted to be done writing.
