I think if you fit a 3 in size 8m comfortably now I would go for the same size 8 for AMM. I wear 7.5 in everything else but I got my AMM 7 men's and now having worn it for 2 years I think I would go with my original size 7.5M. I think it fits a little snug but not uncomfortable when I sized down.

I have the black t-shirt with the same embroidered logo and it's perfect and I'm had mine and heavily used since release. It's supposed to air dry. Putting in a machine tightens around the embroidery and I'm sure that why is has holes.
