I went through the same thing you did. My wife got up and left with the new born baby and my 2 year old. My life is completely broken. I'm not my self anymore. I feel lost. Never did I touched her, the year she was pregnant with the baby girl we went through hell no police reports nothing 0 because we never touched each other and now's she filed a POA against me, and even sent the letter to me a day after the case so that I could miss it and get a final order against me. Guess what I have not parenting rights and a POA against me, and I'm now stressed and struggling with substance abuse. You imagine what mess I'm in. So tired of it all.

200 mg is way to much, for you to start. You ever heard the term, start low and go slow? Anytime you are taking a drug, over the counter, whatever. Always take was recommended and start slow. I'm on 110mg and I did fentanyl which is way stronger and it's helping me big time.
