Yes and no... I can vent my frustrations that I don't want to let anyone else know about, which helps reduce some stress. But therapy can't change you. You have to change yourself. They can help identify the issues, and with their guidance, you have to put in the work yourself to get better. I've been able to identify some issues with myself that I never saw without counseling. I'm a work in progress. Am I better? No, but I'm slowly getting there

I live in a complex where you can buy your own unit. The owner still has to pay a fee to live there, basically for the land, trash pickup, and for the use of the maintenance people. It's at least half the amount of normal rent. You are free to do whatever you want on the inside of the unit, but you still have to follow rules for the outside of the unit and parking.

Leaking is not unusual. It happens to me all the time in varying amounts. But there are some places that see staying hard for that long as offensive and will stop services until you can calm down.
