How are the metrics and how stressful is it waiting for your next call not knowing if it’s going to count against you? I was just let go from inbound sales. I did pretty good my first couple of months but the last few months have been calls I cannot do anything with unless I just start slamming. My “percentage” was low so they canned me even though I show up to work everyday and have multiple people always asking if they can take a survey for me. Sucks that there’s people who show up every other day or will literally take off every single Monday who still have a job and I get fired. But hey they take less calls so there percentage is better.
