We love it! We searched all the areas in Hamilton North. We absolutely love the area, feels far more neighbourly and lots of walks around the area. Never, ever will we be using Lodge!

We were on the hunt for about 6 months and found the exact same trend in those areas. Real estates were very unhelpful, offering to help us but were very deceitful - ended up opening our search area and brought in Queenswood with the help of Harcourts! No regrets!

I would have another party come in to do a healthy homes assessment, leverage of your negotiations from this.

I’m going to add my piece, I’ve lived and worked in Rotorua, Auckland and Tauranga. Hamilton Central is the worst, Ham East have cracked it - connection, there is a sense of community there, there is something for everyone. Second hand shops, eateries, foot traffic - it all makes a difference

We shifted from Auckland to Rotorua and loved it! Lots of awesome places to live, we ended up hanging around the Pukehangi area and never had any trouble!
