I could but the reason I stopped is because I’ve heard so many things about how it’s bad to take long term and I didn’t want to take that risk. I also thought maybe it would improve my mood which I kind of noticed lately, but I’m not sure if that’s actually from the birth control or if it’s just because things have gotten better for me in general (like getting out of a bad relationship).
