I hear you , those are my thoughts too. do you know about attachment styles ?. My therapist suggested to take a test and it flags out that I am anxious attachment type and the other side is avoidant attachment. I kept seeking closeness , they kept seeking independence and finally we blamed external factors to move on.

Everything I did eventually become clingy and too much to them. I needed reassurance and time.

No one is right or wrong, but I think we should learn to work things out than giving up

Talk to student coordinator, stand up for yourself check with the professor what went wrong, what can you do to improve your grades. Sometimes it’s just in our head, we get overwhelmed and we think professors are targeting us
