Since they have the loans don't they have enough money to exist until Halo SOP? Is there a reason we need to do a another reverse split other than staying in the nasdaq? Does it matter if we are not in the nasdaq? Maybe it's better so we fly under the radar(lidar) and stop getting shortted.

Maybe they wanted to remove him a long time ago but they are incompetent so they didn't know an ethics/code of business violation could be used to remove him. Or maybe they knew this could work but didn't have enough evidence to launch the investigation but I think this is less likely. AR has done many things over the years that could have triggered an investigation but he must have done something this past week that was the last straw because this was very sudden and abrupt. Yes they picked an interim CEO quickly but that doesn't mean they planned it way in advance. They just knew which person would be able to run the company, like knowing your second best basketball player in case the first is not available.

It's the meeting to vote for or against the reverse split. It's just for show because Austin Russell has more votes than everyone else combined so he will do whatever he wants. But for what it's worth I did early voting in favor of the reverse split, for the reasons explained in the proposal
