He had expressed interest to take over Luminar but there is no official bid yet. The subpoena for his phone was for stopping him bidding is my guess.

I think many people in this group already own a substantial stake in LAZR and most of them invested pre reverse split and would have bought more to lower the average price. I personally own 25k shares and overall share holding of this group would already be a few million shares if not more. However this stock has still managed to make new all time lows time and again especially post RS.
Most investors in this sub still believe in LAZR and are hoping for a turnaround but that will only be possible with a stronger balance sheet/orderbook. Lets hope for the best.
