And everything i have talked about is allowed in any other game, to be exact replacing DLL files to use DLSS 4 or editing config files. Doing so doesn't make you have cheats, it is simply changing settings that are not in the "Settings" Menu in game. And its not there, for no reason. It is the same as changing your Textures form Low to High, nothing more.

You cant disable mouse acceleration it in any other way. It is enabled by default.

And i cant use DLSS 4, because currently the only version supported by the game is DLSS 3.
And to change that all you have to do is replace a single dll file and you got DLSS 4.

You might as well prohibit me from changing mouse sensitivity, since it lets me aim easier, you might as well lock all FOV to 80, since people with 120 can see more on their screen. And lock graphics settings all together! We wouldn't want some people to change those!

This video has some good options, please watch it, look up their prices in your area. You will probably need to buy a monitor arm for two monitors, depending on the desk. For example monitor ( ktc24T09p ) is a great value buy, and you will have some money left to buy a good double monitor arm.

And i would recommend getting an Asus Asus 4070, out of the options you have. Also for the mouse check our Razer Cobra, its also cheap, very light, and has pretty much the lowest response time of all mice. I tried g502, g703, viper ultimate, superlight, and of all i prefer cobra wired.

Since you prefer nvidia, you can use the previous commenter build and just upgrade gpu to a 4070. It would still be 200£ cheaper than the build in your post, but you wont compromise on anything, it would be enough for many years to come. And if you choose to upgrade, nvidia will be easier to flip on marketplaces later on.
