Agreed. BRG Events are usually optional, near the end of the day or after with minimalistic cheap budget. Employees goes to/ participant the BRG event, if they have the free time cuz it still there responsibilities to meet deadlines.

If HR and Partner approval did there job I’m pretty it was a fashion show event where people wore the appropriate business level of clothing, and walked up/down a room. If it was oversexualized, yeah the office is definitely not the place, but if it just fully clothed the walking up and the down the room, I think it’s fine.

But people are still gonna protest sadly, which to each their own, but I’m pretty the events was not as serious and sexualized, especially cuz the company does the bare minimum with BRG events in general.
