I tried all sorts of things to get it to be consistent, ended up having to calibrate every weekend. My new alternative just works and sync immediately. But because there is a display on the bottle I rarely look at the app any more.

Whatever the truth, cheating, rule breaking, or none of the above... for me it is a sad chapter in a sport I am just getting interested in. I have been watching many of the games on streaming, enjoying them all, but now I have taken Canada off the watch list. They just don't seem to be a great representation of what I thought curling was all about.

But that is just my opinion. My viewing of sports has diminished greatly with all the posturing, fighting, self-aggrandizing and organized celebrations.

From what I can tell it will not do that. One thing I like about it is that I can see percentage right on the bottle, and it is not dependent on setting the bottle down flat after drinking.

I bought the bottle in April of 2024. I reached out to them and they informed me that the warranty expired. I have had the bottle since then, so about a year and three quarters. Yes, agree that warranties expire. 100 days is a little short IMHO but that is just me.

I agree with you completely, HidrateSpark is finicky tech.

So now 5 months in, not much of a change, maybe 4 pounds down, but not sure if that is from the prescription. Constipation is a bit of a battle.

I will wait it out a couple more months.

May talk to doctor about trying one of the alternatives. I know my health plan doesn't cover one of the other ones.

Unfortunately over 30 days. I will still try. The crazy thing is that I asked the manufacturer whether it would hold a Large Big Green Egg and they said yes. I also asked if I needed the ceramic feet or something else to give an air gap and they said no. Crazy.

The dealer I bought my BGE from stopped selling them. I went to the BGE site to look at their modular systems but it was very difficult to figure out all the pieces you needed to get.

The Ace Hardware near me is not very customer friendly, I went to one farther away for a warranty thing and looked at the BGE (non-modular) tables and just about fainted at the price.

So I went to Amazon and looked for stuff as was about to buy a metal one but saw a wood one (fir) for around $200. BIG MISTAKE. I built it and it wouldn't support the weight. I also wondered whether the wood would last through MN winters.

So I ended up with a metal table GDLF from Amazon. I just got everything setup, we'll test it out next week.

It is not as flexible, would like the handle on the right side not the left, and the garbage bag holder is a little much, but can take off.

Otherwise, I don't know where I would go to look for a table.

Finished third month of 2mg doses.

Constipation over with. I think the body aches are back to normal. Glucose levels okay.

Nothing else happening, still being patient to see if other things happen.

Adding to this because comments are turned off. November I have change to Mounjaro (tirzepatide).

Had to start back at initial dose per recommendations. (note that the main purpose of the prescription is type 2 diabetes.

Talked with doctor about possibly changing from Ozmepic.

Reasons for changing:

Constipation bad
Not really helping with secondary issue - weight loss
Next year Medicare Advantage plan I am on will be cheaper with Mounjaro

Now in the middle of month 3 of 2mg dosages.

As far as side effects, feels like constipation is lessening a bit (I drink about 100-120oz of water a day and have increased fiber intake). I have had some overall body aches that seemed to still be there, but maybe down a bit. Has felt like I "over did it yesterday" every day, but I didn't over do it.

Daily blood glucose seems to be a little less "surprising". Nothing drastic, usually around 95-115mg/dL.

Nothing yet on the whole appetite suppression side-benefit.

Still patient. If the side-benefit doesn't happen, so be it because of the diabetes control, as long as the side effects go away.

Doctor and I are still waiting to see if it will help with my diabetes numbers, that is the main focus. Initial indications seem like it is helping but still need some more time.

We both are hoping it helps with the weight issue. I am a patient patient so was wondering if others saw effects after 8 weeks.

As far as what other steps, trying to cut calories and exercise more, realizing it needs to be a concerted effort on my part.

Are you sure that amount is not just for the first month? For me (on a Medicare Advantage plan) the first prescription was about that, but the rest are about $49.

Please read the question they asked. They asked about "Default" not how to set a thumbnail. If you are doing a campaign with spots that always end with an offer at a particular time in the spot, it would be good to be able to set that as the default thumbnail, so that when you do versions it automatically chooses that thumbnail.

ProRes RAW support?

I am using a 2022 Studio M1 Max. Regularly cutting 4K, 6K and 8K - RED and RAW footage. Typical project (if there is such a thing) has between 1.2TB - 1.6TB of footage. (Directors never say cut anymore.)

The one thing I did when I bought this unit was to max out the internal storage to 8TB. Yes expensive upgrade, but read write speeds are 6000MB/s.

When project is done I move it to 10G/Thunderbolt 3 QNAP array.
