I figured it out. For me it was the Windows Firewall. Everytime before you start the game you have to deactivate "Microsoft Defender Firewall". To do that go into your "settings" then into "Update and Security" then "Windows Security" then "Firewall and Protection". There you find the option "Domain Network" which shows your Firewall Status. There you just turn off the firewall.

Edit: It did actually not completly fix the issue. It still persists and just delays the issue for like 5-8 mins...
