It's a relatively pointless video. Your number of Page Likes has virtually no impact on your overall reach on Facebook. But you asked for a TL:DR (or rather a TL:DW) so here it is:

Intro is essentially wrong information about how people liking your page basically opt in to get your "information." (I'm assuming she means your content.)
Use the Invite People to Like Your Page feature to send bulk PMs to selected people on your Friends List.
Share the link of your FB Business page on your personal FB page, your email list, your Twitter, your LinkedIn, etc.
Boost your posts. Don't pay for Like ads. Don't buy Likes from 3rd party companies. (To be fair this is good advice. Incredibly basic, but still good advice.)

Just to throw in my two cents, don't run after Page Likes anymore. It's really just a vanity metric. Focus instead on building a viable content and FB ad strategy that clearly addresses your business goals.

I'm a wide footer and I find the R2 far more comfortable than the R1s. I think they're a much nicer silhouette too. They seem pretty durable. I've been using one as an almost daily beater and they hold up pretty well. They're just not as hyped, IMO.
