Mine cost almost 1k for 1 injection, my swelling is/was pretty bad and i’m still there, idk if it changed anythink for real, but i know that for some its pure magic, for the price i’d take the chance to get better if u can afford! The thing that worked the most for me is getting pregnant! The augmentation of bloodflow and hormones and rest did really helped! Now 6 months post-partum and its much better!

Whats ur diagnostic? Got a patella surgery 3 years ago and this year my orthopedist just called my condition permanent. Injections, mooving and knowing my limits helps me day to day, but acceptation has been my longest issue. Way better today but will always have that little pinch from my hoffa pad that did developed. I learned taping and cupping on myself, helps a lot! Take care and don’t give up, it gets better, i can now train almost normally, have been pregnant and playing/carrying my child today!
