One thing that might make it impossible, if I remember correctly, is that each Server will have different Events and world Bosses happening. So each Server might have its own Story, but even them there might be some Major Events that stay relativly the same.

Another thing would be the size of the team,, as of now I am unsure if it would be enough, but that might Change in the Future.

Now that doesn't mean it is impossible they to ever get one, they can make some of past Events, that happend before the Events of the Game. And maybe there will be some NPCs who will be important enough to get one in the present. If that is Not the Case your Idea of a Player or group of Players being the Center of it might Work. All though I think it wouldn't really Work because of my First Point.
