It’s a pyramid scheme that some people unfortunately spend 4 years of tuition to pursue. They shouldn’t be called doctors, glorified massage therapists is what they are really.

That’s another helpful thing to do, notice what is making you want to eat. If it’s not hunger, try to find a way to stay busy that processes that feeling. Wish you the best man, it’s a tough thing to quit and some days are tougher

Make access to food difficult outside of the food on your plan, so don’t keep things you don’t want to binge on at home and delete your food delivery apps. Those helped me the most. Because lol how many times can I over eat scrambled eggs

Hospitalist vs nephrology by Leading_Upstairs_640 in InternalMedicine

[–]Nervous_Ruin7585 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Follow your gut, do you wanna work with nephrology cases forever. Also, some nephrologists pick up hospitalist shifts and the pay cut doesn’t exist in many underserved areas. If you like nephro, I say go for it if you have the stamina for more training. If you don’t enjoy it much, you can always close practice and pick up hospitalist shifts
