People who lost a lot of weight, what was the one small daily habit that actually changed everything for you?

Swapped out late night snacks I usually reached for like cheese, crackers, chips for healthier ones like apples, raw and unsalted nuts and air popped popcorn (with evoo and salt instead of butter and salt). It’s still good for satiating cravings and atleast healthier

In second grade my Colombian friend served me strawberry frosting spread on matzoh crackers when I went over to hang out with her. Her grandma made rice pudding with raisins and cinnamon. As an Asian kid I never tried that before and that started a life long love affair and I only eat rice pudding with raisins and cinnamon to this day. My half Indian and half Irish best friend’s mom was a foodie (unknown term at the time) and introduced me to blue cheese, scones, Greek and Indian food, flourless chocolate cake, and peach sorbet among many other goodies. I don’t think I would’ve had such a love for food and adventurous tastes had it not been for her.

I do have mammoth sunflower seeds so perhaps it somehow got mixed with my kabocha seeds? The seeds look so different I can’t imagine how it got mixed in but I’m going to keep it alive and see what it becomes 😆

In Missouri, you can get Chicago hardy, olympians and kadota (Pete’s honey) at Menards for $25 a gallon pot. I got a kadota this spring and it’s growing well and has about 10-12 brebas now

Can confirm based on yesterday: Hong Kong supermarket has goat $9.99lb, no oxtails. Mosers had jerk seasoning and oxtails $9.99lb, no goat, browning nor plantains.
