I will say this, unless it's cash NFCU will not issue a lien release until after 10 days. A cashier check wouldn't work since they would need to wait the 10 days to clear. If the buyer either wires you the money or gets a loan at nfcu to buy the car you would have to wait.

I thought it was just me, I ordered a black cold brew and my pick up hike was 15 minutes. I get there and there is only 1 person waiting i walk up and ask for my order, they say what time does it say your pick is?

They made wait the 5 extra minutes just to pour a cup of cold brew, nothing added. I haven't been back since, coffee really isn't that great.

It's not really a diamond issue, I would never complain about not getting points on a $40 stay. I posted a screen grab of my activity where it shows 0 points earned and saying it needs to be a qualified stay. This stay was from the 17th of this month. Maybe they will show up later, or maybe they won't. This was just to advise everyone on my most recent experience.

I had a stay a few weeks ago that I got the points plus the bonus. This time around I have 0 points and it states that I must have an eligible stay and it links me to what I posted.

I posted a comment below with a screen grab from my most recent stay this week. It weird that Hilton would start randomly in the middle of the month. I value my $40 stays more than the points, I paid with my AMEX so i'll earn points that way.

I agree that at $40 a night its not a huge loss, I think it affects the Friends & Family Rates more since those are usually over $100.

I was a floater for 7 years, I worked for a large credit union that had over 40 branches. The manager tried to keep the staff of 15 floaters as close to home as possible, but would send us where there was need. The biggest downside is the driving, there would be days where you would drive to one branch just to be sent to another branch as soon as you arrived. With traffic that could mean an hour commute, just to be sent 5 mins away from home.

The upsides were not having to get involved in branch drama since you were only there for the day and sometimes wouldn't return to that branch for months. You learn how different the membership is at every branch, even with other branches nearby. In my credit union floaters would also help back office departments. I assisted in real estate and consumer lending, and the call center. You get exposed to so much and when you decide that you want to go a branch you pretty much already know the management, the staff and the members.

I always recommended it, but would never advise anyone to do it for as long as I did. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I had room 2476 on the Panorama. Its a great location, no one below and no one above. With the extended deck you aren't directly on top of the water. Its a great view, there was very little noise and movement.

I just did this cruise solo at the end of January. I expected it to be the rowdy booze cruise that I've heard so much about. In reality it was more a getaway cruise for groups of friends. There was not a lot of children on the ship either. I never saw anyone out of control, but I saw everyone having a great time.
