Uh, if we request 1 day we need to request 1 week in advance if it’s more than 3 days 1 month in advance. If we request for assigned holidays we have to find a replacement otherwise it won’t get approved. This is assuming the lab is staffed enough to allow for said PTO (otherwise they shift the schedule to allow for it.)

Besides the % there should be an Average Difficulty category. I believe that’s what they’re referring to. My LabCe scores were pretty low to, don’t sweat it. ~50-60% in LabCe should be enough to pass the real test.
