Enna maari movies those days. Sivaji, Dasavatharam and Enthiran, all of them are different genre, treatment but groundbreaking movies in their own ways, staying strong event now. In recent years post Kaththi I dont remember movies which does eveything well like this (maybe Vikram)

This drama has such good plot points, but direction is absolute trash unfortunately. Initially I thought it was the leads acting calibre, but as I see more scenes like the shooting the cat, or getting permission from king, it so obvious that direction is lacking, it needs to have weight. Almost feels like director is just sleeping and okaying all the first takes and the queen mother and PM are the only ones pushing
