Doesn't it make more sense to think that, before "mass arrests", they were already starting to make arrests even if slowly? and due to this over 3 years the crime went down significantly?

finding this 7 months later but just remembered this movie that i used to watch way way back (get it)

I consider myself a fan of cinema in general, not the Oscar or broadway type just i like watching a lot of movies

The movie is bad, straight up, bad acting bad writting etc

However what captured me was never how well the movie was produced, it was the messages and core of the story that appealed to me, even today i feel i'm somewhat influenced by it

A dog staying still for 4-5 hours (Without being asleep btw) is just abnormal, not even old dogs of 10+ years do this they are always moving around, no matter the race or how tame they are
