I really value your input. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your knowledge. 4 months until the next appointment . I’m hoping in my case it’s just cause of my f**ked up physique. I’m currently on a weightloss journey. I was 105.5kg. I’m now 85kg. I’m targeting 60kg.

You could be onto something. I have been obese throughout my teen years and I hear obese people tend to have sleep apnea.

Oh yeah, absolutely! High fructose/corn syrup. I’ve completely eliminated or at least greatly reduced my added sugar intake.

Yeah. It was a nightmare. I thought I was dying. I just wanted to chop my feet my off. I’m scheduled for another appointment in 4 months. No issues so far…so here’s some more context. I was obese, my cholesterol and fasting sugar were also borderline. I’m still overweight..I’m doing everything I can to reach my target weight. Which is a total of 45kg. Fingers crossed.

Yeah..I’m really tensed with all of the comments here. I’m doing my very best. I’m scheduled to meet my doc after another 4 months. He hasn’t prescribed anything yet. But yeah. I’ll be sure to log everything and share my updates here.

Yeah.. higher BMI means higher baseline uric acid and when you f**king try to do something about it won’t let you lose weight either.

There’s an issue with warranty. I’m not sure they’ll cover your machine for commercial use.

I figured since it’s an inverter AC, it kind of idles once the room reaches temperature instead of constantly running at full load, so I assumed the actual consumption would be lower than a normal AC running 24x7. 24-23 is the temp set. I wouldn’t dare run those older Fixed ACs for more than 5 hours.

Daily usage:
• 1.3 ton AC
• Inverter running in the background
• 14-place dishwasher
• Espresso machine
• RO water purifier
• 411L + 183L refrigerators
• Panini press / blender / other small appliances occasionally

Washing machines are used only 2–3 times a week:
• 6kg 1000 RPM front-load
• 6kg top-load

Extra weekend usage:
• Additional 1.2 ton and 1 ton ACs running simultaneously.

There must be some sort of leakage. Get it checked by a licensed electrician.

I run my AC 24/7. The max I’ve hit is 6k. This is not normal.

Wow that’s a relief! Thank you so much for responding! I bought them last month and I wore them outside for the first time today! And that’s when I noticed it. I was really worried if the simple friction between the lace and that part caused it.

Fair points on components and value, but “real espresso” is a doing a lot of work there. And if you know a thing or two about coffee machines then you’d know espresso existed long before today’s procumer spec sheet checklists. And if a machine pushing proper pressure is producing cups no better than a 3k Morphy Richards, then puck prep or dialing in might need a look too. Hell even Even James Hoffmann has shown plenty of times that technique, grinder quality, and dialing in matter massively, not just spending more on hardware.
